THE AMAZING ADVENTURES OF ROBERT MILLER |
| Director Randal Atamaniuk |
Screenwriter Randal Atamaniuk |
|
The life story of America's most Elegant Scoundrel. Robert Miller was the most daring and successful confidence man of the century. As do all confidence men, he operated on the theory that there is a little larceny in the hearts of all of us, and he was diabolically clever in exploiting this human weakness. Miller had a special flair for victimizing respectable bankers in such a way that it was impossible for them to seek revenge or even simple justice. Forty-six arrests resulted in not a single conviction, and on numerous occasions Miller blithely walked out of jail merely by turning on his hypnotic charm.
